hinto-janai posts first progress report for Cuprate/FCMP++ CCS

hinto-janai1 has submitted the first progress report2 for their latest CCS3 proposal to work full-time on Cuprate4 and Monero (FCMP++ reviews) for 3 months:

I did not and do not expect to do much FCMP++ related things soon although I am still planning to / would like to help out 9440 & 9436 when they are ready. [..] Currently I am continuing on misc work and RPC [..] I expect after 422 is complete and some testing is done, I will have a rough estimation for cuprated + monero-wallet-cli compatibility.
