hinto-janai posts progress report for Cuprate/FCMP++ CCS

hinto-janai1 has posted the first progress report2 for their latest CCS3 proposal to work full-time on Cuprate4 and Monero (FCMP++ reviews) for 3 months:

Time has been split mostly evenly although I will probably be spending more time on PoWER for monero for now such that it can be tested on the FCMP++/Carrot stressnet ASAP5.

Progress overview

Update 1:
* currently implementing and testing PoWER for both monero and cuprate
* continuing work on ZMQ; currently writing a proposal
* Cuprate meetings have also started again
