hinto-janai completes Cuprate/FCMP++ CCS

hinto-janai1 has posted a third and final progress report2 for their latest full-time Cuprate3 dev work and FCMP++ reviews CCS4:

I am currently working on wallet support5 [..] Initial testing shows good results, not too many things to fix. I will be focusing on the compatability testing harness mentioned before, then continue with development. I have also been in contact with j-berman and am planning to start helping more directly with the remaining tasks left for FCMP++ integration.

* storage: fix get_txid for pre-RCT outputs
* fast-sync: update height to 3425792
