Haveno v1.11.0 released with security updates, fixes and UI improvements

woodser1 has released Haveno2 version 1.11.03 with security updates, bugfixes and UI improvements:

Changes overview

Update Tor to v0.4.9.14 (Tor Browser 15.0.25) with high severity security fixes
Update Jackson to 2.21.7 and Logback to 1.5.38
Fix arbitrators dropping simultaneous offer signing requests from the same maker
Allow IPv6 Monero nodes without Tor; Tails still uses IPv4
Restore the themed chat background
Add ticket filters to the support view
Restyle context menus as rounded cards
Update translations
