Haveno v0.0.14 released with various fixes and improvements

Haveno1 version 0.0.142 was released with various improvements, updates, and bug fixes.

Changes overview

* update translations: remove DAO from signature verification
* parse commas in xmr amounts to decimal
* fix incorrect deposit amount for range trades
* fix place offer button with wrong trade currency
* fix trade wallet balance in take offer view
* security deposit is based on trade amount
* fix xmr formatting taking offer above limit [..]
