Haveno v0.0.12 released with various fixes and improvements

Haveno1 version 0.0.122 was released with various improvements, updates, and bug fixes.

Changes overview

* Set radio buttons and checkboxes to Haveno blue
* update terms and conditions on startup
* remove settings toggles to deny api takers
* connectionService.getRefreshPeriodMs() is always positive, add docs
* fix separator before settings view > display options
* tested by newly released monero-ts library
* fix auto correction to < min amount when creating non-fiat offers
