Gingeropolous submits CCS proposal to create Monero 'network simulation tool'

Gingeropolous¹ has submitted a new CCS proposal² looking to create a Monero network simulation tool:

This proposal seeks funding for a 10-week summer research & development project focused on enhancing the Monero ecosystem by creating a network simulation tool. [..] Initial use of the tool will be to conduct tests for new Monero protocol updates. Additionally, this proposal includes a request for funds to procure additional hardware for the MRC.

Total funding: 44 XMR.
