[ANN] An AVX-512 RandomX miner

I spent a weekend building something nobody had built: a RandomX miner that hashes 8 nonces at once with AVX-512. It works. It mines real shares on a real pool. It is also roughly sixty times slower than the miner everyone already uses. This is a post about why I built it anyway, because it is slow turned out to be the most interesting part.
