DangerousFreedom1984 completes Monero Inflation Checker FCMP++ support CCS

DangerousFreedom19841 has posted the final progress report2 for their CCS proposal3 to integrate FCMP++ into Monero Inflation Checker4:

I believe all the goals here were achieved and would like to close this CCS.

Progress overview

* Created bindings from the OpenSSL library in C++ to Python for the operations in the curves Helios and Selene
* Implemented everything needed to create and verify a FCMP++ proof in Python
* Created a small (unsafe) wallet to send/receive transactions on testnet
* Reformulated the moneroinflation.com website and created web pages [..]
