d4ndox releases 'Monero Named Pipes' v0.1.4

d4ndox1 has released lightweight wallet Monero Named Pipes (mnp)2 version 0.1.43 with support for the new mnp daemon4 and various documentation5 improvements:

I am excited to announce the implementation of mnpd, a daemon designed to display the current blockchain height and total balance.

Fixed output of static void usage(int status)
decreased SLEEPTIME to 5 sec
