Cuprate v0.0.5 'Molybdenite' released

Cuprate node (cuprated)1 alpha version 0.0.5 Molybdenite2 has been released with various fixes and improvements:

Changes overview

* Define Tor Zone, add onion addressing and more
* Update fast-sync to height 3456000
* Fix get_txid for pre-RCT outputs
* RPC: enable submit_block and /send_raw_transaction
