[ANN] Request for critique: paying onion/I2P node operators from a merge-mined aux chain

I am designing an auxiliary chain, merge-mined with Monero through P2Pool’s generic merge mining API, whose block reward pays operators of Tor/I2P-only public Monero nodes for audited availability.
