binarybaron temporarily cancels UnstoppableSwap GUI CCS proposal

binarybaron1 has decided to temporarily close2 his third CCS funding proposal3 to continue developing the XMR-BTC atomic swaps desktop GUI prototype4:

I’m going to take some of the feedback into account and and make some modifications to the proposal. I’ll reopen this once I’m done.

The proposal was discussed a few days ago during a -community meeting5.
