UnstoppableSwap GUI 2.0.0 released with 'breaking protocol change'
binarybaron1 has released UnstoppableSwap GUI2 version 2.0.03 with a breaking protocol change and various improvements:
Please upgrade as soon as possible. Takers/GUIs running >= 2.0.0 will not be able to initiate new swaps with makers/asbs running < 2.0.0. The upgrade contains a bunch of improvements related to consistent reliable Electrum connections and a breaking protocol change.

* tx_refund_early will only be published if the maker has not locked their Monero yet
* ASB: Return a zero quote when quoting fails
