[ANN] [Bounty] a monero attack alert app

This app would connect to an RPC node of your choice and check it every, say, 15 minutes. If a reorganization of four blocks was detected, it would send you a notification, like the National Weather Service, severe weather alerts, that would tell you that it is likely that the Monero network is under attack so you could quickly add hashrate.
