4rkal cancels 'MoneroOS' CCS proposal

4rkal1 has decided to close2 their CCS proposal to rebuild MoneroOS3 in order to focus on the CypherGoat4 project:

After giving it some thought, I’ve decided to close this proposal. [..] I’d rather commit fully to the project that’s actively moving and delivering value right now. [..] Thanks to everyone who took the time to review and comment. I’ll keep contributing to the Monero ecosystem through CypherGoat.

It is worth mentioning that CypherGoat is also the publisher of the weekly newsletter This Week In Monero5.
