0xFFFC posts June 2024 Monero dev report

0xFFFC1 has posted the second progress report (June 2024)2 for their full-time Monero dev work CCS proposal3:

Last month I worked on multiple PR. The main one is causing the 3x start-up speed for the monerod (9376). [..] In addition to the PRs, I am focusing on the Monero stressnet experiment and helping it to debug monerod and have better performance.

- Worked on multiple Monero Core PRs:
 - tx_pool: update internal data structure to boost::bimap. #9376
 - epee: fix mlog filename compare bug. #9392
 - [DONT MERGE] cryptonote_core: move validation to after sync operation. #13 [..]
