0xFFFC posts January 2025 Monero dev report

0xFFFC1 has posted a monthly progress report2 for January 2025, which includes several dev updates:

I started my CCS with delay due to personal issues. Most of my time during first month was on new transaction relay protocol [..] I have submitted multiple PRs, and multiple reviews. In my spare time I am developing monero benchmark project3
